Our marks, and how we refer to the brands behind the events we list.
This policy explains the FOMA brand and how we use the names of the games, shows, teams, and organisations behind the events in the app.
1. Our marks In short "FOMA" and our logo are our trademarks. Don't use them in a way that implies endorsement or causes confusion.

FOMA lists events involving titles, teams, companies, and franchises whose names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names nominatively — only to identify and describe the events you are interested in. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.
3. Using our brand In short You can refer to FOMA by name in plain text; ask us before using our logo.
You may refer to FOMA by name in plain text to describe or link to the service. For any use of our logo or brand assets — for example in press or partnerships — contact [email protected] first.
