Copyright & DMCA Policy
How we handle copyright, and how rights holders can report infringement.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains how we treat copyrighted material and how rights holders can ask us to remove content they believe infringes their rights.
1. Our content In short The FOMA app, design, and text are ours and protected by copyright.
The FOMA application, its design, and its original text are owned by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} and protected by copyright and other laws.
2. Third-party event data In short Titles, artwork, and event details come from third-party sources and belong to their owners; we show them to describe events.
FOMA displays event information — including titles, artwork, and descriptions — obtained from third-party catalogues and rights holders, used to identify and describe events for your information. If you are a rights holder and believe material on FOMA infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:
- your contact details;
- identification of the work and the specific material you say infringes it (with a link or clear description);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act;
- your electronic or physical signature.
We review valid notices and will remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
4. Counter-notice In short If your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice.
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] identifying the material, its location before removal, and a statement, with your contact details and signature, that you believe it was removed by mistake.
5. Repeat infringers In short We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.
